VIRTUAL: LOCAL AUTHOR: ALLIE NAVA

VIRTUAL: LOCAL AUTHOR: ALLIE NAVA

Local author Allie Nava will read from and discuss her new novel July and Everything After.

About the book:

Maya’s journey from America to her birth country was meant to be a nostalgic visit. Instead, it became a fight for survival. With twists and turns across both Asia and America, bestselling novel JULY AND EVERYTHING AFTER is a story of resilience amid unspeakable oppression and dehumanization. Drawing upon ancient wisdom, it is a powerful story of survival and healing. Eloquent prose marks Allie Nava's debut as a standout in contemporary fiction. Fans of Paolo Coelho, Amy Tan, Vaddey Ratner, and Khaled Hosseini will be captivated by this modern tale of resilience and transformation against extraordinary odds.
