LIFETIME LEARNING SERIES - IRISH ACTRESSES

Come join us for a 5 week lecture series for adults. We will be discussing many different topics, including arts/humanities, health/wellness, and current technologies.

Dr. Elizabeth Redwine, Professor in Seton Hall University's Department of English, will be discussing Irish actresses who played in nationalist theater and in politics and revolution in Ireland. She will also discuss the role those actresses had in helping to create the famous roles in the plays of W. B. Yeats and J. M. Synge. Dr. Redwine enjoys teaching literature, writing, and Core subjects. She finds that her research improves when she is teaching because helping students write more clearly helps her produce better scholarship.
