The Job Interview: Enhanced Messaging and Delivery

The session will provide the participants with the fundamentals to achieve a skillful job interview. Topics will include: understanding what is being sought from you, your role and goals in the process, capturing your successes and organizing them into a winning story and a personal best narrative,  developing the art of answering questions  with clear examples, opening and closing the interview and value of strong follow up. There will be opportunity to role play as well as learn by critiquing and coaching others.

Eileen is an accomplished career counselor and executive coach who has been successful in private practice working with individuals across the spectrum of career levels and industries. She has also been retained by many businesses to provide career and workplace development services to individuals and groups.  As a more than 30 year resident of Millburn/Short Hills she is happy to offer her experience to members of the community.
