Nick Dawes is Chairman and CEO of Salmagundi, a board member of the Appraisers Association of America and the author of four standard works on decorative arts. He is also Senior Vice President of Heritage Auctions in New York, a former Sotheby’s auctioneer, and
one of the country’s best-known charity auctioneers. Nick is known to many through frequent appearances as an expert appraiser on PBS "Antiques Roadshow" since the first series in 1996. He has been a Millburn resident since the mid 1980s.
