IN-PERSON: THINK GREEN: AN ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE WORKSHOP! Learn about inpactful energy and environmental choices with Gaston Haupert

In-person event for kids ages 8 to 12. In celebration of upcoming Earth Day, kids are welcomed to join us for this environmentally-themed program! What are the impactful choices kids can make to help reduce their family’s energy consumption? Join environmental educator Gaston Haupert to learn the basics of being energy efficient and then explore some tools kids can use to measure and monitor energy consumption. Ever wonder how much a Therm or KWHR is? You will find out! Ride the bike generator and measure and monitor your energy consumption by being the energy source yourself! Program will take place in-person at our temporary location at 253 Millburn Avenue. Class size is limited and registration required; register each child who would like to attend. Being green is AWESOME!
