DESCRIPTION:**** In case of rain\, the tournament will take place in the 
 auditorium *****\n\nIn-person outdoor event for children up to age 12. 
 Kids\, join us for our SECOND annual Hula Hoop Tournament! Kids are invited 
 to come and show off their hula-hooping skills to win prizes. The child who 
 keeps their hoop in motion longest will win their match. Some matches may 
 have extra challenges involved\, like hop on one foot while you hula hoop! 
 Have fun and cheer each other on! Register each child who would like to 
 attend. Event will take place outside in the field next to the library.
