ONLINE: BUSINESS MARKET RESEARCH: BUSINESS & CONSUMER DATABASE Online

Learn how to use the Data Axle: Reference Solutions databases (provided by the NJ State Library), a great tool to get a list of prospective businesses and consumers to contact or research for your own business. Search by using filters, like zip code or map radius, type of business, company size, and much more. For consumer searches, filter down by Lifestyles (interests and hobbies) or a consumer snapshot (like income-level, whether a home-owner, etc.). All data records can be bulk-downloaded for later use.

Look for a follow-up workshop to follow on the basics of using a CRM, or Content Resource Management Tool (think Hubspot, Mailchimp) to keep track of potential clients and create mass email campaigns!
